Biography: 

Adriana has been in the information field for almost 20 years. She has been fortunate to have worked in different library settings (academic, public and special libraries) as well as non-library environments.

A graduate of the Faculty of Information, Adriana can certainly attest to the portability and international value of the degree. In addition to her Master of Library Science (M.L.S), and her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), Adriana also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), all from the University of Toronto.

Adriana loves to travel and after getting her M.B.A. worked abroad for ten years. She was the first librarian in South America invited to be a member of the LexisNexis Global Customer Advisory Group Panel (United Kingdom) while in Argentina.

Adriana's varied experience includes working at both the Canadian and British embassies, as well as one of the top law firms in Argentina. She has also worked at Robarts Library within UofT, and the former Metro Toronto Reference Library (now part of the Toronto Public Library system).

At the Faculty of Information, Adriana is responsible for recruitment, admissions, financial aid and awards, timetable scheduling, course enrolment and registration, among other services for all Faculty of Information degree programs.

Adriana's interests are in the area of recruitment, financial aid, and student success.
